Job responsibilities:

1. Product R&D and innovation: be responsible for the design, R&D and improvement of monofilaments according to the market demands and the company's strategic planning, including but not limited to the application of new materials, product performance improvement, production process optimization, etc., to ensure that the products meet the market and customer demands;

2. Technical test and test: design and perform prototype test of products, including physical property test, chemical property test, etc., to ensure that products comply with quality standards and safety specifications; Collect and analyze test data to provide basis for product improvement;

3. Production process optimization: closely cooperate with the production department to optimize the production process of monofilaments, improve production efficiency, reduce costs and ensure stable and reliable product quality;

4. Preparation of technical documents: prepare and update product technical documents, including product design specifications, production process flow, quality control standards, etc., and provide technical support for production, sales and technical support teams.

 

Posting Requirements：

1、Educational background: Bachelor degree or above in materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields, with good professional knowledge and experimental skills
2、Professional skills: familiar with the production process of monofilament products, understand the basic knowledge of materials science, polymer chemistry and other related fields; have a certain degree of experience in product research and development, and be able to independently complete the product design, testing and testing work; skilled in the use of design software, such as CAD, SolidWorks, and the laboratory commonly used analytical testing equipment
